I'm pretty sure folks there think I live there as I'm there all the time! At the beginning of the year I had 2237 Oakleaf St. listed and that sold in May. Soon after that I listed 2235 Oakleaf St. and that sold last week. Now lo and behold my sign is up again! I guess I'm your "go to" gal for Oakleaf St!

Hi Wanda ~ It's funny you should mention how clean it looks. The owner saw the effort I made helping her neighbor who was relocating out of state get his place ready to sell. (That one sold last week). She was so impressed she called me when it came time to list hers. That gave me quite a lift as you can imagine!
