Being self centered is never a more important attribute than when it comes to buying a home!

There are many Realtors that choose to look "for you"

It is a much better idea to be looking with your!  A Realtor may know the local community and the best priced homes and most desirable location.  They may know exactly how many bedrooms you need and the maximum price you want to pay.  You may have even express the size of yard or whether you like a town home or detached home.  However these items are the numbers of the home purchase.  Buying a home is about half by the numbers and half emotional.  I can pick the best color that you will like and I'll bet it's the color that I like most.  There are hundreds of colors because color is chosen by personal feeling and emotion.  You need to be the one that picks the homes that you wish to see.  The Realtor will show you homes that will be the best priced and located but only you will know whether the home is the perfect fit for you or your family!

By the way, choosing a Realtor is like picking the best Color or Flavor

Choose the Realtor that is the best fit for you!

Most buyers do not understand the home until they have been in it.  The best Realtor cannot determine which home the buyer's will like without their input.
