There are many companies promoting for profit training, certifications and designations for the handling and processing of short sales, but not a single one with the objectives and goals of that of the proposed Foreclosure Wars, Inc. I am in process of forming Foreclosure Wars Inc. a not for profit corporation dedicated to short sale education, awareness, standardization and reform. I have checked the availability of the name as a Florida corporation and have taken the initial steps by writing the corporate goals and objectives.

Please review and make any suggestion you like. I have been a Realtor for 21 years, boost 275 short sale approvals, and I am a former director of advertising and sale promotion for several major retail chain stores. My responsibilities additionally included public relations and market research.

At his time, I am also seeking donations for start up capital for Foreclosure Wars, Inc. Please make your checks payable to Foreclosure Wars, Inc., and mail them to Ed Goldfarb, 2000 NW 150 Ave., Suite 2000, Pembroke Pines, FL 33028. Include your email address as all funds will be accounted for an 100% will be used toward the stated goals and objectives which can be reviewed below. Again, your suggestions and comments will be greatly appreciated.

Foreclosure Wars Goals and Objectives:

The education of the 70% plus of potential homeowners who will be foreclose every year because they are either unaware of a short sale, have given up or simply going to walk away. Promoting awareness of the advantages of short selling their homes over letting them be foreclosed. Bringing to the publics attention the realized savings of $77,935 per unit by not foreclosing on 1.2 million homes resulting in an annual savings $93.5 billion. Putting politicians, lawyers, judges, top management of lenders, investors and mortgage insurance companies on notice that continued apathy, negligence, incompetence and mismanagement of short sale processing will not longer be tolerated and to "clean up their acts". Implement "across the board" wide, aggressive reforms in streamlining and standardization of the processing of short sales Temporarily amend tax codes so as to reward those that comply with streamlining and standardization and heavily penalize those who do not.
