With most of our clients Googling us before we know who they are it is more important than ever for you to have an online presence.

What do you think the seller sees if they see this sillouette?

In my opinion they see an agent that put in 50% effort. The agent started the profile but never took the time to add their picture, personal and professional information.

Who do you think they will call after their extensive online research?

Will the seller hire sillouette man or will they pass over him?

Will they choose someone who has taken the time to complete the online profile and included a picture? Someone who has listed personal and professional information in many places online?

I am not suggesting that because someone in not online they are not a good Realtor. The fact is that most people today research real estate and people they intend to work with online before they make the call. My call to action to you is to complete four online profiles this month complete with picture. These profiles cost nothing financially but you may have a love to gain.

Good point and it is true if you want to know about someone they need a profile.

It only takes a few minutes to post a profile and photo and it makes a huge difference if someone is trying to find out about you. Take the time to eliminate the ghost.

Your absolutely correct. Most people may forget your name but if you have a picutre they may not forget your face. I always remember a face, although I may forget your name. It is nice to have them both together.

It depends where this is seen and how many other ghosts there are. If everyone is a ghost, becasue someone uploaded a dataset and the agents haven't found it, I am less bothered than when found on a site like active rain where agents have to sign up to participate.
