Hi Larry! Yes, these are very affordable now--before, not so much! It's tough on the owners who purchased new in '06 but, for those buyers now, they're getting quite a deal. The best run condo association in the city, great amenities and you don't even need a car to live there! VERY affordable lifestyle in a luxurious setting--it doesn't get any better than this!
