Wylie Texas Residential Sales Market Report for 09/01/2011
The median price for ALL homes SOLD in Wylie, Texas is about $75.00 per square foot over the last year.
Currently there are 353 homes on the market with 250 of them under $219,900. I looked at SOLD homes over the last 6 months between $100,000 and $200,000 and the average price SOLD per square foot was $69,00 per square foot. I have been selling in Wylie since 2005 and this is a price per square foot of homes I sell the most of.
Now Wylie has some high end homes and I do enjoy selling those too. I am particularly interested in selling this one pictured below, currently listed for $6,500,000.00 and is 9757 square feet ! This is about $669.26 a square foot !! That is way above my average price per square foot I am used to selling.
I could take off the rest of the year!
