THE 10 COMMANDMENTS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Yes, I need always to keep the client in mind and their interest first before my own. Oh how true. If I do not have trust with my clients, then what do I have. In fact, when I left nursing, and ask my former colleagues for work, they always stated they would refer me because of the trust they had in me. For me, this is the ultimate compliment.
- I Shall put my client's best interest as 1st priority - not my commission
- I Shall be courteous and LISTEN to my client's needs and wants
- I shall advise them on the correct procedures
- I Shall protect my client from harm to the best of my ability
- I Shall show professionalism not only in my speech, but in my appearance
- I Shall answer my calls personally and not have the public - (client or customer) pressing a series of buttons to just talk to another recording.
- I shall promptly return calls if I not able to receive the first call - not have them wait between the hours of this and that, or that and this to speak with me
- I shall not bend the rules or stretch the truth just to get the job.
- I shall not be a sign planter - giving my client the ability to only see me when they pass my sign in their front yard.
- I will remember what fiduciary means; and practice it daily.
People are starving for good customer service - I Shall give it! I want to bring professionalism back into real estate.
