AMEN! Good contact with the seller actually ensures a relisting, and better possibilities of price reductions. Does anyone out there list with the intention of not selling the home?? No owner contact will ensure you will not get the listing renewed, and may be counter productive in getting price reductions as well. Call as you would want to be called.

Pamela -- very well said. Agents need to be proactive and let sellers know what to expect and how the "message" will be delivered. Communication is definitely key.
