Answer: Absolutely Nothing!
There's actually nothing wrong with this picture at all! It's simply the detailed service history sticker posted on the side of an HVAC unit. So why did our inspector snap this picture? Well, if you look very closely, you will see a technician's service notes on the results of a past service call, "removed 2 chipmunks from A/C elect(rical) connectors." Ha! Upon seeing the note and having a little chuckle, our U.S. Inspect building inspector took a quick picture.
Now that's what I call attention to detail! My hope is that's the type of home inspector you would want when hiring someone to give you a complete summary of your potential purchase! (Note: This is not the sort of thing you'd find on an inspection report, but it sure is a display of how observant the mind of a good inspector can be.)
