Greetings Cape Cod Real Estate Fans!

Greetings, friends, This is my first post but it won't be the last. I plan to keep you advised as to what is happening in the Cape Cod real estate market. Each month I will let you know what the market performance was for the past month plus lots of other hopefully interesting stuff. To boast a little, as of this week, Sotheby's International Realty's Osterville office was the number one office on the entire Cape Cod region in units sold.
