Saturday was absolutely gorgeous. I went to see 2 customers in Half Moon Bay in Croton-on-Hudson NY 10520. As luck would have it, they were running a few minutes late on this most beautiful of days.
So, I had a few minutes to walk to Hudson River and get these shots. It was stunning...but so bright that my eyes kept tearing, so I couldn't look through the camera, so I stuck my hand out and took a few shots. Hope they came out okay.
Looks like a really nice place to live.

Debbie - I grew up in Northern NJ, and drove through Ossining a few times, never really saw this side of it, as all we ever talked about was the prison, so thanks for showing me more of Ossining!
It is a great area Deb to live in and enjoy and I know Ossining well...super photos of the area, beautiful day and just to enjoy.
I went there, if you can believe it, for a job a few years ago in the fall. The trees were turning color and there was a light mist rising off the river. It was beautiful. You got some great shots evenn with your eyes closed :)

Carol - LOL, I made a mistake; it's actually Croton-on-Hudson which is directly north of Ossinging. Ossining is about 3 mins south. I just renamed the post.

Kristine - Thx. Yes, it's a great spot. I pass it often on 9/9A whenever I'm going to Croton or Cortlandt Manor or some of the other areas right around there.

Chris - Yes, it is. Most of the places have this view. I'm on the sidewalk at the edge of the complex.
