Relocation to Woodbury MN - Durham Executive Group
The Durham Executive Group (John & Becky Durham) specialize in working with people being relocated to Woodbury MN. Currently, we are working with a retired couple relocating to Woodbury MN. After looking at a number of existing Woodbury detached town homes, twin homes, and Villas, the retiree's determined they wanted to build a new Villa. Due to our knowledge of builders, as well as the city of Woodbury we identified a quality builder who had a lot with a great view that closely met our clients’ needs.
Note: The Villa is to be constructed (photo is of the Michael Lee model) in Woodbury MN, and it will close in December of this year. The Villa will look very similar to the model shown above. Ground breaking will take place in September of this year.
The property sits up high on a ridge with a view looking over the city of Woodbury. The Durham Executive Group works with buyer's in providing strong representation when they seek to build new construction. John & Becky have a great relationship with builders in the area and are able to provide buyer's with a good understanding of builders strengths and capabilities.
