In working with this particular retired couple we helped them sell their home and carefully explained the sale process. After helping the retired couple look at a number of existing Woodbury detached town homes, twin homes, and Villas, the retiree's determined they wanted to build a new Villa. Due to our knowledge of builders, as well as the city of Woodbury we identified a quality builder who had a lot with a great view that closely met our clients’ needs. John & Becky have a great relationship with builders in the area and are able to provide buyer's with a good understanding of builders strengths and capabilities.
Note: The Villa is to be constructed (photo is of the Michael Lee model) in Woodbury MN, and it will close in December of this year. The Villa will look very similar to the model shown above. Ground breaking will take place in September of this year.
