Services for Real Estate Pros with Kemah Properties

So you have a showing. Per your Realtor's instructions, you have painted and decluttered . The house is spotless, the lawn looks great and the apple pie is in the oven (kidding). Thats great, however, first impressions are important, and we must consider what the buyer will see first, especially if it is a hulking great mass of metal!

I'm talking about that car(s) in the driveway. If it belongs to junior, and contains his dirty laundry, along with french fries and a partially flat tire with an expired inspection sticker. If it is yours and has not been washed since Pat Benetar was in the top 40, then fix it! Make sure inspection stickers and registration are up to date. A buyer may relate what they see on arrival to how the house has been kept up. Don't let something so simple poison your buyers mind before they even go inside.

Exceptionally serving the communities of Kemah Oaks, Kemah, Bacliff, League City, San Leon and Clear Lake Shores, Kemah Properties is owned and operated by Kemah residents Gay and Patrick Kelly. With over 30 years experience, and an unmatched knowledge of the Kemah real estate market, you can be assured of professional, personal service. 281.851.7095

Patrick - it's funny what some sellers will over-look, even after working so hard on everything ELSE to get their home ready to sell!

Lol!  This is a must! A car like that could scare off a potential buyer.
