Thats great, however, first impressions are important, and we must consider what the buyer will see first, especially if it is a hulking great mass of metal!
I'm talking about that car(s) in the driveway. If it belongs to junior, and contains his dirty laundry, along with french fries and a partially flat tire with an expired inspection sticker. If it is yours and has not been washed since Pat Benetar was in the top 40, then fix it! Make sure inspection stickers and registration are up to date. A buyer may relate what they see on arrival to how the house has been kept up. Don't let something so simple poison your buyers mind before they even go inside.
