Creekside Estates adjoins the Pinecreek subdivision at the north end of the Briargate area. The subdivision straddles Old Ranch Road. Some of the houses back up to open space. There is a community park at the end of Amberwood Lane.

The 210+ houses in Creekside Estates were built from 1991 to 2003 with most constructed in the mid 90’s. Two thirds are two story and the rest are one story.
Minimum total square footage is 2,300+, the maximum 4,600+ and the average is 3,300+.

Most are 4 bedroom, with a maximum of 6 bedrooms.
The majority of the houses in Creekside Estates have an oversized garage.
Though most of the wildlife in Colorado Springs is west of I-25, residents of Creekside Estates may see deer, rabbits, foxes, squirrels and an occasional coyote or other animals.
All the houses are zoned to highly acclaimed Academy District 20 schools. They are currently zoned and a few minutes away from Mountain View Elementary, Challenger Middle and Pine Creek High School. The Rampart Range Campus of Pikes Peak Community College is about 2 miles away.

Asking prices in Creekside Estates vary from the mid 200’s to the high 400’s with an average in the low 300’s.

With 200+ houses in the subdivision, there are usually a few for sale at any given time.
