Take a DEEP Breath - It is GOOD for you!

It is absolutely VITAL to oxygenate the human body, at the cell level, on a daily basis.  Cellular physiology is the basis of ALL PHYSIOLOGY!  Pain, infection and so called diseases, all start at the cell level.  Most people are hypoxic, meaning that they do not have enough oxygen throughout the body to support cellular function.  When cells shut down due to lack of oxygen, the first sign of degeneration is PAIN!  Not only is most PAIN due to lack of oxygen, but lack of oxygen is also the primary cause of cancer.  Without oxygen to the cells, the glucose in the cells will ferment.  Cancer cells thrive on the fermentation of glucose due to lack of oxygen to the cells.  Trapped blood proteins (toxins/poisons) is what causes fluid retention that surrounds the cells, thus causing lack of oxygen at the cell level.

When you come to my classes, I explain the importance of doing some deep deliberate breathing in through the nose, then exhale slowly out the mouth.  This forces lymph fluid through your body and oxygenates the blood and lymph.

Considering that you have 3 times more lymph fluid in the body, then you have blood, this is vital that we breathe like this throughout the day.  Not only to help oxygenate the body, but moves the lymph fluid which picks up the 'trapped blood proteins' that cause the cells to shut down, thus causing lack of oxygen to the cells.

Understand that you cannot catch cancer, like a cold or virus.  Cancer is not a disease, it is a symptom of an inefficient immune system.
