1462 Anderson Rd Elburn, IL Just Sold!

This lovely 4 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath home in Blackberry Creek sold quickly! The home was in great condition and needed just a little re-arranging and staging to show perfectly.

We listed the home on July 12, had the home under contract on August 9 and closed on September 15. The average market time in Elburn is over 220 days, so we have a happy seller. Even in this somewhat stressful market, well priced homes in good condition sell every day!

Listed by Elburn IL real estate agents Leslie Ebersole and Katie Hemming of Baird & Warner Real Estate.

Leslie, Nice job on getting the home under contract so quickly!  Always love to be able to beat the average, and a very nice home from the curb appeal too! :)

Pam: this was a great seller. They got it.

B'Liz: you know when you get the call "come do a market" and first drive up? I have a little prayer I chant "please let it be nice, please let it be sellable". I texted Katie when I pulled in the driveway "we can sell this!".

Scott: nice seller nice house, nice price, nice buyer. This was fun and easy.
