Scarecrow Decorating Contest

Please join the Kirkwood Parks and Recreation Department, and Kirkwood Special Business District by participating in the Scarecrow Decorating Contest. Whether scary or funny, silly or ridiculous, this is your chance to express yourself or your business! Use your imagination, discarded old clothes, hats, gloves, and any other accessories you'll need to make your scarecrow unforgettable! We provide the frame, you provide the materials to decorate. Scarecrows will be on display in Downtown Kirkwood from Oct. 24-Oct. 31. Get a registration form and a list of guidelines e-mailed to you by contacting Katy: 314-822-5855 or niemankl@kirkwoodmo.org
R & NR $10 plus the cost of your scarecrow supplies.
