This sounds like fun and a heck of a deal for the price!  When I saw the headline, I was wondering about where the lobsters would be caught in LA county, do you have lobsters there?  Good thing they can be flown in.

Wanda,

Los Angeles County has wonderful lobsters off our coast and the Channel Islands such as Catalina, but they are California spiny lobsters.  These have great tasting tails, but do not have claws,  and the Lobsterfest imports Live Maine lobsters that have the lobster claw meat.
