THE SOLUTION FOR DESIGNING AROUND A FLAT SCREEN TV?


Loewe InvisioCould it be any more simple--hiding it in plain sight?  An "invisible" TV.  Actually a piece of glass attached to a contemporary metal base. 

Designed by Michael Friebe who explains:  "As the first of its kind, the Loewe Invisio introduces technical innovation, combining conventional LCD and the latest TOLED display technology.  This allows to create non-transparent/solid moving pictures with rich color reproduction and full contrast range from solid black tp pristine white." 

So much for the technological jargon.  The fact that it is not a "heavy" black object competing to be the room's focal point is enough appeal for me.  The possibilities are endless.  Now I simply have to wait for it's release . . .  and there is no word on that just yet.  But I can dream in the meantime.

Janet - this has to be one of the coolest TV's I ever seen! It's amazing that they now make an invisible flat screen! And, while I'm not usually a fan of wallpaper - I love this contemporty gray with white scrolls - it looks so chic and updated. Maybe wallpaper isn't dead after all - it just has to be the right look.  Thanks for sharing this - I love to be "in the know" about the latest technology!

Thanks for sharing this, Janet -- way cool, and now I get to be the first (I'm betting) to tell everyone I know that this may be available before long! I also love that wallpaper, and I actually love lots of wallpaper (just ordered grasscloth for a decorating client) for decorating, if not so much for staging. Then again, ALL of the wallpaper I've seen in staging has been outdated :>)
