Fall market

By

Interest rates remain stable which is good news for all buyers.  A lot of foreclosures are being sold which is helping to reduce our large inventory of homes.  Prices for homes continue to drop which should encourage the "fence post" buyer to make an offer.  All these trends should plus the Federal Board actions should produce a good spring market.

Does everyone see what I see or am I just looking through rose colored glasses!!

DOCTOR!!

Glad to see you blogging, you are such a techie these days:) It looks like you are bogging every day to get the points up. Just an FYI, I only post twice a month and still get picked up in the search engines really well so you don't have to rack your brain every day trying to think of something to blog about. Bacon-Baysden, who would have thunk it...

Phil, no one has the perfect crystal ball and the predictions vary depending on the region of the country. My own theory is we haven't seen the bottom yet in the decline in the housing market. Maybe the upswing will be the spring.
