Kevin-You know your stuff. That is in Old San Juan, on a Friday. I know it was morning.

Jerry-It does have a latin look that may be seen in some Mexican cities, but Kevin was correct. Thanks for the comment.

It's a hill and there's water at the end. However, the architecture is not like San Francisco, Portland, or Seattle, so I'm clueless.
