Tricia - This is a pretty property.  What is the asking price?  I guess I could look it up in the MLS, but I am too lazy right now. :)

Dang!  I put that in there and then clearly deleted it somehow in editing!  Thanks for pointing that out - it's $475,000, by the way, for the whole thing.  Could be bought in two parts, though.

That seems like a great value for that much property with a house, barn, ponds, etc.  I hope it sells quickly for you.

It is a great value, Jason.  And a truly beautiful piece of property - if I didn't already have my ranch, I'd snap it up myself!

Yes, Larry, I do enjoy seeing how much one can get in various parts of the country for the same amount of money.  Most informative.

Dena, it's never too late!  There's a bumper sticker - "I wasn't born in Texas, but I got here as fast as I could!" that we could get you.

Rebecca, come on down!  As Lyle Lovett says, "That's right, you're not from Texas, but Texas loves you anyway!"

Hey, Deb, it's not that far from you, really; bring me a buyer!  They're continuing to fix up the house while it's listed, too, so it just keeps getting better and better.
