Broward statistics reveal an over 47.5% drop in the number of foreclosures in the south Florida between Sept 2010 and Sept 2011.

Miami, Broward and Palm Beach counties have all seen a decrease in the number of foreclosure sales in the past year.  However, the number of delenquecies are on the rise. Don't let'em fool ya...the decrease of foreclosure are a result of the robo signing scandal and new foreclosure laws, not an actual decrease.

The foreclosure rates in south Florida are expected to rise in early 2012.  If you or someone you know is having trouble keeping up with mortgage payments or foresee a problem, contact a short sale expert in your area and be sure to seek the advise of a CDPE: Certified Distressed Property Expert.
