Dear Mr. and Mrs. Homeowner:

Do you need to sell your home in Downey, CA but don’t know what your home is worth?

There are many internet sites that gladly give you information about recent sales in your area.  Some charge and some don’t.  Some try to get you to sign up so then they can sell you something later.  I have a website: PintoRealtyInc.com where you use all the resources for free.

Maybe you want to buy a home in Long Beach, CA and don’t know how to find a realtor that works in the Long Beach area—I am your realtor.  I have sold many homes in Long Beach and know the many different neighborhoods like Bixby Knolls, California Heights, Wrigley, Bixby Terrace. I used office in Long Beach for many years with Century 21 Landmark properties. Now, I am an independent broker and the Los Angeles county area is my real estate sales territory.

In my 23 years in real estate, I have seen all kinds of markets: buyers market and sellers market, no matter what market we are in...I can help you with all your real estate needs!  I am a Realtor ® who can provide you with excellent service whether you are a buyer of real estate or seller.

Each client has special needs: a Buyer wants the best possible price and the Seller wants the best possible price.  My job as your realtor is to help both buyer and seller come to a meeting of the minds and close the real estate transaction in a timely manner with as little hassle to you.  How can I do this?  Simple!  I never assume that I know what my client wants or needs.  I will listen to your needs, wants and  work out a plan to help you achieve your goal of buying or selling a home or investment property.  And, I don’t make promises I can’t keep and I do what I say and say what I  will do.

Keeping my word to my client me means a lot to me even if I it costs me to do so.

This reminds  me a home I sold in Paramount, California a few months ago.  It was tenant occupied and the buyer was concerned about buying a home that had a tenant because he had purchase with the FHA program.  One of the requirements for FHA is that the New Buyer occupy the home within 60 days of closing escrow.   I assured the New buyer that if the tenant did not move out after serving them with proper notice, I would personally help him with the cost of hiring an attorney.  All through the buying process, the buyer was fully aware that buying a tenant occupied property could be a problem.  Upon closing the escrow, I immediately gave the tenant proper notice and to ease his mind I gave him the eviction fee before knowing whether the tenant was going to abide by the notice or not.  The tenant move out without having to evict them and the New Buyer didn’t have to spend any money taking possession of his home.  I told him he could use the eviction money for his moving expense.

Please feel free to visit my website: PintoRealtyInc.com.  If you have any questions about the current real estate market in Downey, CA or about Long Beach real estate or any of the areas I service, please feel free to call me at (562) 916-3237.  I know in this technology craze world we live in, sometimes speaking to a live person almost seems impossible but rest assure that if I’m available, I will personally answer each call.  You can also email me at PintoRealty@yahoo.com or leave a  comment on this post.  I always like to know what my readers think of my website and blogs.

I took a sales course in college and the professor told us that our word is the most important asset we own. Don't devalue it.
