The highest asking price is $1,924,000 at 58138 Aracena #C-18 with 4 bedrooms and 5 baths and 5117 square feet. It is listed for sale by the developer.

You can assume from this data that distressed properties have not ruled the market in Andalusia during the last six months. Cash buyers are also of abundance. Home prices are strong on higher end homes with drops in the market not reflecting the same drops as the lower end of the market.
