Tough competition!
You gotta believe that in this market the last thing us Realtor's would like is tough competition.
Competition for new listings, competing for qualified buyers, competing with all the other agents who pounce on expired listings, competing with FSBO'S who believe they know a lot more than we do about how to sell a home.
When you really get down to it competition is really what makes us better.
It is what hones our skills, gets us up and going before the next guy.
Its what makes the quarterbacks throw a better pass, what makes that baseball player a 300 hitter. Competition is what real estate is really all about.
Competition is what makes us the best we can be!
