Inventory for single family detached homes was up slighty this month compared to last month ( 94 vs. 83 ) while condo and townhouse inventory remained the same at 24. The following statistics will provide some insight into the 4S Ranch single family and condo/townhome market:

- September, 2011: 4S Ranch Months of Inventory: 8.4
- August, 2011: 4S Ranch Median Home Price $665,000; 7% lower than August, 2010
- August, 2011: 4S Ranch Homes Sold: 11; 10% higher than August, 2010
4S Ranch Condos and Townhomes
- September, 2011: 4S Ranch Condos for Sale: 24 (Active, contingent, and pending)
- September, 2011: 4S Ranch Months of Inventory (Condos): 4.8
- August, 2011: 4S Ranch Median Condo Price $325,000 11% lower than August, 2010
- August, 2011: 4S Ranch Condos Sold: 7; 75% higher than August, 2010
