This is what I want to know...PLEASE, PLEASE SHARE!

What real estate tool do you have that YOU CAN'T GIVE UP, WILL NOT GIVE UP and MUST HAVE to run your business? The list is like a mile long of tools we use...options to pay in, subscribe to and some required to be a part of...so HELP ME? I am doing the research both as a REALTOR and a speaker...

WHAT IS THE TOOL THAT IS YOUR BEST LEVERAGE IN THE CURRENT MARKET?

To help DO NOT LIST:

MLS, REALTOR MEMBERSHIP, SMARTPHONE, LAPTOPS, IPAD etc...I want to know what your TOOL YOU CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IS? Is it your website, facebook landing page, twitter, virtual tours, TopPRoducer, Sharper Agent, SendOutCards, 800 Powerline...Oh My as I said the list is LONG...SO YOU TELL ME..WHAT is the top 3 you MUST HAVE to THRIVE TODAY and WHY?

Elizabeth, I have had my license less then a week. I am really looking forward to all of the comments that you get, so I can figure out what I need in my Tool bag.

Ok, you asked for three, I would have to say top three are: My website (which is in the works to be improved), Sharper agent (that is my contact management, flyers/post cards and any print material templates and it also helps organize my task management, and third is my E-Listings which manages my virtual tours, 1-800 numbers, lead generator, property websites, etc.  I get a lot of bang for those three bucks.  I look forward to seeing what others bring to the table.

WELCOME MICHAEL! What a great place you have landed for learning!

Melissa - I am well aware of sharper agent - I love it and use it as well - can you explain your E-Listing? Is that an EXIT Realty system? Do you use virtual tours? If so who? The reason I ask is I just upgraded my Sharper agent to include Market in Motion to let go of the 29.99 of Visualtours.com but am just trialing it this month to compare...Also, who is your website with? We can all learn and share...I have been around the block 17 years on sites...I have been the most pleased personally with the one I have now.

Yes, I actually use PromoShop which is powered by Sharper Agent and I was using Market in Motion until Exit came out with E-Listings and I think it is only offered to Exit agents.  That system is my full digital marketing system that handles my virtual tours, single property websites and 800 numbers along with other features. Unlimited listings and half what Visualtours is.  And I use Agent Advantage right now for website. Who are you using and why do you like them? I've only been at this for a couple of years so I'm always open to what others are doing better.
