HAPPY 100th TO ME!

I have missed blogging...my life has been shortened to 140 characters on Facebook and Twitter...Of course, I am not going to outline to you where I have been (EVERYWHERE YES) but it is obvious I have not been in the RAIN!

So much has changed it seems. IT IS NOT FREE...Or what is seems to be SO LIMITED! OR IS IT? I mean really...I LOVE FREE!

When I started WAY BACK WHEN....it was FREE! Now there is a fee and I am sure no Mayor or 5 star leader...I am missing all the bells and whistles on my blogs...Is that what I get for a monthly fee?

They say that the rain has 213,799 members as of 11:20 PM EST on 9/20/2011 MY 100th BLOG! I just had to write to tonight...it was killing me!

AND...I just posted a blog asking for what is your top 3 paid for tools. I am curious a bit for the same truth on the 100th BLOG will you tell me please from me the little rainmaker to all of you big RAINMAKERS...Shall I pay and should I pay to upgrade?

Give me the WIIFM - WHATS IN IT FOR ME? CAN YOU I BE SOLD or even better BOUGHT?

Is it worth it and WHY? Liz wants to know...cause I plan on getting more BLAH BLAH BLAH on with you all really soon!

Elizabeth: It is still free... for many of the old timers who were grand-fathered and grand-mothered. And... for many Rainers... regardless of whether or not they are paying a monthly fee... there's the possible payback of thousands of dollars from either referrals or newly-attracted customers and clients. That makes it better than free.

Congratulations on your 100th blog POST. Lots of work... great job.

Like for Karen Ann, it is free for me, so I can't say whether you need to go paid version. As for me, all my business comes from AR and last year I closed 48 transactions. Well not all of them came directly, but I would say way over half of that came from my AR blogs
