Cathy Lee - You're baaaaack! Great information here. "Texture is the new Bling" - love it! This seems to go hand in hand with the green, organic movement. What is it about different textures that speaks to the deep inners of our soul?
Cathy Lee-this is very interesting-color comes in waves and cycles-I love texture and I am really looking forward to the new reds-they make beautiful accents and really pop-color makes me so happy-I continue to be a soldier in the war against beige.

Hey Cathy - I'm a Benjamin Moore gal myself but am always interested in what the experts are saying. As a former instructor teaching fabrics & pattern matching I love to incorporate colour through fabrics. I love the textured wall paper that's out but not too many people are going down that path again! Too funny that every paint company has their own take on what's the latest and greatest. Me, show me any shade of RED and I'm so there:)

I'm a BM person, too, so I'm not familiar with SW colors, but it's always interesting to hear what the trendy colors are. Personally, I go for the blues and greens also, and I'm drawn to the brighter colors for accents. There is SO much to learn about color, it boggles my mind! I still have a lot to learn . . .
