Casa Grande is looking stronger and stronger and now that Phoenix Mart is breaking ground soon we are looking towards nice economic and real estate growth in the next few years. That's how I see it anyway. I mean, how can a big wave hit a small place like Casa Grande? It's not physically possible when the beach is 4 hours away in San Diego.
