Located just East of Palm Springs itself, and with Rancho Mirage on it's own Eastern border, it enjoys a great location. People that want to be near downtown Palm Springs with it's Follies, street fairs and shops, nightclubs and restaurants, but out of the hub-bub will buy in Cathedral City.
