The 7 successfully closed home sales in Charlotte NC's Lansdowne neighborhood over the past six months...

- had an Average Sales Price of $229,575 (range was $180,025 to $275,000)

- spent an Average of 196 Days on the Market (range was 34 days to 433 days)

- sold for an Average of 89.2% of the Original List Price, average of 94% of the Final List Price

- Seller Paid Closing Cost Contributions of $500 to $5,000 were included in 5 of the 7 recent Lansdowne neighborhood home sales

ALL of the recently Sold activity has been Under $300k

Available Lansdowne Homes for Sale are priced from just Under $200k to the Upper $300s - the majority are at the Upper $200s to Low $300s but over the past month there's been a shift lower to the Upper $200s
