Today according to a title company's calendar is "Family Health and Fitness Day". We know that eating sensible, drinking moderately, and exercising can produce beneficial results. But life is fraught with all kinds of uncertainties and research has shown that, to a degree, our physical well being is connected with the state of mind. So our mental and emotional health should be taken into consideration too.
Science Digest said, "Health, endurance, nutrition and general well-being are all dependent on a common denominator—circulatory fitness. The only way to get it is by a systematic method of exercise." So take your family for a walk, or to the gym, or play an outdoor game or better yet, put on a CD, record (remember those) and dance.
