Locally, many potential home buyers and sellers like to catch a glimpse of what homes for sale are available within a particular neighborhood. While we do offer more advanced map searches, we found many of our website visitors like to make their home search more encompassing without some of the more technical map search features.
Locals are also, more particularly, knowledgeable about the zip codes they live in or maybe looking to see what’s on the market. The difference between a zip code search and a particular neighborhood search is it covers more territory. For example, someone looking forward to seeing what homes for sale in 10314, would find listings within Bulls Head, Westerleigh, Manor heights, Castleton Corners, which gives the visitor a greater spectrum to work within. Same would be searching for homes in 10306, which would include New Dorp, Todt Hill, Grant City, Oakwood and Bay Terrace. What we are trying to accomplish is simplicity for our visitors, which is both more encompassing without having to be neighborhood specific. Not to mention, a bit simpler to navigate. So if you’re looking for a home in 10301 on Staten Island’s North Shore, somewhere in between like 10308 or wander down to see what homes are available in 10307 on Staten Island southernmost side, we made it a bit more east to find.
Once again, we continue to strive in providing our visitors a much simpler approach to finding their next home, or just browsing to see what’s up for sale in their community. See something you’d like us to help improve, as always, we’re open ears.
