Just turn on any channel in any given Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday... there it is! Whether there's a live game televised or a news cap of some famous football player doing something. So, what does that have to do with real estate?
Well, here it is! Today's TV's are HDTV's and they are LARGE! So, home Buyers will become more choosy in selecting a house. They'll spend much time looking at the primary living area to see where the LARGE HDTV is going to fit. So, FLOOR Plan will even become more CRITICAL for families as they watch football and play video games on the mega screens.
(NOTE: HD TV's will be norm. Feb. 17, 2009, is the deadline for manufacturers to phase out analog (old) TV's.)
