Properties for Sale on Acreage in Aurora, CO
I just spent some time this afternoon previewing Properties for Sale on Acreage in Aurora, CO. There are some fantastic properties out there! I couldn't take pictures this time around, but I want to share some of the details with you.
In Dove Hill, which is north of Southlands Mall and east of E470, there are 2 properties for sale just under $400,000. One sits on 3.38 acres of land and has a beautiful open floor plan with a finished basement. The second property has wonderful "mother-in-law" quarters and is on 2.8 acres.
The second area is called Country Village and is east of Southland's Mall and South of Arapahoe. The home I previewed has amazing views of Pike's Peak and the entire Front Range. Gorgeous! It is priced below $400,000 and sits on 2.209 acres!
Stage Run is the last area I previewed and is near Country Village and Blackstone Country Club. The three homes I saw were in the $599,000 - $750,00 price range. Each one sits on 2 acres. The variations are many for these homes. The home listed at $599,000 has a steam shower, a sauna in the finished basement, and a woods-like setting. The home priced at $699,000 has a finished basement and an updated kitchen. Lastly, the home priced at $750,000 has nearly 5000 finished square feet with a theater room and a beautiful mountain view!
