Joan - so many options right now for so many folks. It's worth sitting down with you and having all those options explained - I don't think all people realize just how affordable home ownership can be - and how smart too! Renting makes very little sense unless you can't get a loan - or, don't plan to stick around for more than a year.

Joan, definitely owning is better than renting, your mortgage payments are deductible also building an equity when property value go up. If renting at the end your have nothing. It is a nice spacious home,  I hope you have a quick sale.
