I love family photos like the next person. And I love putting them in plain sight. Especially on the refrigerator door. A place I find myself frequently. But when taking pics for a listing, I usually tell my seller to clean the kitchen up, clear and shine the counters, so we can put our best foot forward. These pictures are going to be seen all over the world and we only need to make everything "picture perfect" for that moment in time. So, if they have the whole family album, 50 years back taped to the the fridge door, I have to delicately ask if we could just take them down for a second, while I snap this picture. This can be a hassle, for some, I get a huge, deep sigh. Like "Oh, God, I love my pictures there. Can't we just take the photo with them in it?" Then I deeply sigh. The MLS Photos are supposed to be a tease. Just a small taste to something bigger to get a buyer to want to see the property in person. Sometimes these cluttered iceboxes ruin the whole look of the chef area. So, I found this really cool idea to make this work.
Just apply magnets on the back of these frames and wah~la
Family photos in style, when looking for a munchie, make you smile. Everybodys happy.
