Everyone asks: wouldn't it be great to pick your neighbor?  A house has come available across the street from us in Enatai.   3138 108th Ave SE, Bellevue, WA 98004 - MLS# 235011 is a great opportunity for someone who wants to live in West Bellevue, live in a GREAT school district, live close to downtown Bellevue, but DOESN'T want to pay an arm and a leg to get into the neighborhood.

Don't they always say: it's best to buy the smallest, cheapest house in the neighborhood!  Well, 3138 108th Ave SE, Bellevue, WA 98004 - MLS# 235011 is that house in Enatai.

For those of you who don't know Enatai, Enatai is a great neighborhood in West Bellevue: great schools with Enatai Elementary and Bellevue High School, walking distance to the beach park on Lake Washington, and a mere 15 MINUTE commute to either downtown Bellevue or Microsoft.  Some of the things to consider about Enatai: being close to Bellevue Way, there can be more traffic coming through the neighborhood than desired.  Most of the neighbors tend to be upper income, which can be both positive and negative.

3138 108th Ave SE, Bellevue, WA 98004 - MLS# 235011 needs a bit of love and care.  I love the lot and I love the deck.  The neighbors are phenomenal on both sides.

Check out  3138 108th Ave SE, Bellevue, WA 98004 - MLS# 235011 as I am sure you be impressed by the potential of the house.

Nikesh:  What a great home... and what a great description you have written about it.  From the picture, it doesn't look all that fixer-upper'y to me.  It looks great.  Nice post.  Now... if we can just get you a Gold Star... <impish grin>

Just a note, Nikesh:  The main top link (in bold) to this property... works.

The bottom two links... neither leads to the listing mentioned.  They lead to doing a property search only.  Just being helpful, here.

Hi Karen,

Thanks for the feedback.  I am testing out blogging on single property addresses and competing against Zillow, Trulia and Redfin.  I was able to get this address to the first page and number five in the search results.

I have to check out the Vision IDX site to see if it is displaying differently.  The hyperlink is the same, so I need to do some work to figure this out.

Ben Kinney gave a pretty compelling talk at KW MegaCamp on using ActiveRain in your listing presentation.  He basically does a blog on ActiveRain about the address or property either prior to the listing presentation or immediately thereafter to show the home owner that he can get the property to page one on Google.  Shows the agent's tech savvy and is/could be another closing tool with a potential home seller.

So I am able to get to the first page of Google for the listing (lots of competition now as every listing web site - Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia) is creating an individual page for every listing now.  I am able to get into the top 3-5 depending on the keywords used.

I will post again when I get this dialed in.

Nikesh, Just wondering if the listing agent is a member of AR? If not, let's invite her.

Like Endre, I have a dozen or more listings if you need to experiment.
