Roy, What a joy to view your great flower photos. Thay are natures' beauty at it's best. Here is a lupin from my garden. They are long gone now, but produced a great crop of seeds for next years bloom.

By the way, I know you've talked about retiring lately and I was thinking, you should continue to work on your photography and blow up your flower photos, frame them turning them into art! They would look great with any decor and in any home. Turning them into black and whites is another idea.... Just some thoughts for this Monday morning! Have a great day!

Great advice. I could not agree with you more. In my recent featured post, I was shocked at how many realtors actually believe an exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement is only to the benefit of the agent. From the day I entered this business, all my training has pointed me to the advice you have given. It only makes sense and makes procuring cause moot. As you may know, I am not a fan of procuring cause.

Thanks for your suggestions, Kristine.  I wish I had the ability to produce prints.  I would like to have a couple of pictures to donate to the October Mother Fighting For Others fund raiser in Maryland.

Cal:  Older agents remember the days before buyer agency.  Everybody worked a seller agents and there were few issues.  The professionalism and the relationships will bind agents and their clients regardless of the technical requirements.

I agree with the completely agree with your blog. I have found during the last 6 months so many folks who want me to do all the work but pass the closed dceal to some other Realtor who they feel sorry for or some other lame excuse. In my real estate business no commitment from the buyer then no free work from me.
