John Farraher, Commercial and Residential Broker, Now Associated with Molisse Realty Group
Brian Molisse, Owner/Broker of Molisse Realty Group welcomes commercial and residential broker John Farraher to the company.
John Farraher has been working in the real estate industry for more than 4 decades, serving both commercial and residential clients with his unique brand of honesty, drive, and common sense.
Growing up in Malden and graduating from its public schools, John initially embarked on a career with Boston Edison. With a growing desire to be an entrepreneur, he obtained his Massachusetts Real Estate License and began learning the real estate business as a part-time agent working nights and weekends.
John married and relocated to the South Shore and established his family in Marshfield, MA, a place where many childhood summers were spent. Soon after, the decision was made to become a real estate professional full-time and in 1969 he opened his own firm, Marshfield Real Estate, Inc.
Marshfield Real Estate, Inc. operated successfully for many years and in 1987 the name was changed and the company become known as Coldwell Banker South Shore until it was sold in 2003.
John affiliated himself with Mass Bay Associates in 2005 which through a recent acquisition has become Molisse Realty Group, where Johns clients continue to find him and draw on the unparalleled depth and breadth of real estate counsel he offers.
