Colorado Springs, Rockrimmon, Peregrine, Cedar Canyon also known as Cedar Valley at Peregrine
Although the sign at the entrance of the community says Cedar Canyon, the 38 properties in this small two street neighborhood, Blodgett Dr and Sibari Ct, actually have a legal description of:
Cedar Valley at Peregrine Fil No 1, in the El Paso County Assessors records.

If you are looking for a neighborhood which:
- is zoned to Academy District 20 schools
- is adjacent to the Pike National Forest
- has views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range
- exceptional views of the city lights at night
then Cedar Canyon / Cedar Valley may be just what you’re looking for.
These homes are bordered by open space and the Pike National Forest, home to an abundance of wildlife including bears, deer, coyotes, foxes, bobcats, rabbits, squirrels and other animals.
It is not feasible or practical to pursue the reduction or relocation of the wildlife.
Governmental agencies will not take action on a request for trapping or eliminating indigenous wildlife unless there are life threatening circumstances.
Wildlife are normally wary of people and pose a minimal threat if you abide by the recommendations of wildlife officials. Never feed wildlife or approach them.

Nearby parks, Wilson Ranch Park and Oak Valley Ranch Park, offer a pool, water park, skateboard park, tennis courts, softball field, basketball courts, play areas and big green spaces.
