Colorado Springs, Rockrimmon, Peregrine, Angelstone
Colorado Springs has a number of small communities with no entrance sign. Angelstone, an upscale community of just 5 homes in the Rockrimmon / Peregrine area, is one of them.
This single street community, Angelstone Ct., sits up on a ridge of open space immediately adjacent to the Pike National Forest. Take W. Woodmen Road and turn west on Blodgett Drive. You will see an entrance sign for Cedar Canyon.

(Here is the overview of the Cedar Canyon community)
Angelstone Ct. will be the 2nd street to the left, about .4 of a mile from W. Woodmen Road.
The Angelstone community:
- is zoned to Academy District 20 schools
- is adjacent to the Pike National Forest
- has views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range
- has exceptional views of the city lights at night
These homes are bordered by open space and the Pike National Forest, home to an abundance of wildlife including bears, deer, coyotes, foxes, bobcats, rabbits, squirrels and other animals.

It is not feasible or practical to pursue the reduction or relocation of the wildlife.

Governmental agencies will not take action on a request for trapping or eliminating indigenous wildlife unless there are life threatening circumstances.

Wildlife are normally wary of people and pose a minimal threat if you abide by the recommendations of wildlife officials. Never feed wildlife or approach them.
Nearby parks, Wilson Ranch Park and Oak Valley Ranch Park, offer a pool, water park, skateboard park, tennis courts, softball field, basketball courts, play areas and big green spaces.

Here is a look down Blodgett Drive before you turn into Angelstone.

Because this is a small community of only 5 homes, with a wide range of size, lot size and features, it can be misleading to depend on sales statistics for value comparisons. The El Paso County Assessor market values, as determined by sales and tax protests, may give a better scale.
- The lowest Assessor market value is in the low 600’s.
- The highest Assessor market value is in the low 800’s.
Because there are only 5 homes, I have chosen not to publish individual photos of these homes. They are rarely publicly listed for sale. However, there may be homes in this community or other communities that aren’t publicly listed for sale but may be available.
