Mary, I was expecting the inside to have moose heads and a bear rug, and WOW was I surprised! Love the light and open feeling. When I saw Fox acres I remembered that beautiful country club and hopefully the golf is included in the HOA fees. It is guaranteed to sell next week when you head back East!

If the "preparation" for the interior photo shoot was handled by you, Mary, NICE WORK! If the homeowner did this for you before you showed up, GOOD JOB! I think your feedback is in agreement on the exterior shot, though the trees are great, they are not helping the house! LOVE the deck shot and the scene through the dining room window!

Hi Cheryl, the seller did all the prep work for the photos, it was a delight. I'm changing the order of the photos on postlets, I'm wondering if that will automatically change the post too? I guess we will see. Thanks Cheryl, I was going to use the deck shot as the leader but I'm thinking the lake....
