Coolest Cloud Photo Ever!
I have no idea what sort of a natural phenomenon would cause such an interesting cloud formation. Maybe some meteorology buffs out there have an idea? I shot this photo this morning (Saturday, Sept. 24th) around 8:00 a.m. at the Hood River Valley High School football field, just before our son, Ben's game. As the sun rose, the clouds disappeared.

Beautiful in deed; They might be " fair weather cumulus" clouds. There is a nick name for them that escapes me at the moment.
