can you see...can you taste it...its time.  If you have not received a market report from your realtor, 1. call me and i will get you one and 2. you should request one and take a look.  Now a historic rule of thumb in the sales business is this; "if inventory is up, prices are down, and buyers take advantage...and the inverse holds true."  So, taking a look at teh market at the beach here in SC & NC, i would say its time to buy.  Now statistically, the winter is usualy slower than usual, and sellers are caught in desperation....hence the best deals.  Investors...now is the time.  If you look closely, actual listing pricing is going up.  There will come a pattern in my opinion of course, that inventory will start to decrease in the next 3 months ever so slightly limiting some inventory.  It is a great time to catch a deal while negotiating rates are still high.  Its about perfect for you to get the best reale state investment either personaly or business.  Remember, the only time you can really see the floor of real estate pricing is after it already WAS...meaning, dont miss out!

Chris, I would highly recommend that you try to type your blog posts in a program like Microsoft word before you post it so you can catch some of the mispellings and also set the format that you would like!  Here is another tip I have picked up, if you hold down shift and hit enter it will move you down one line instead of starting a whole nother paragraph!  You could use this to seperate your numbers better and make your blog more user friendly for your readers!
