Pretty humorous. Does the cat make house calls to help RE agents?

How did you manage to catch those shots? I used to have a cat who thought it his duty to "stage" my desk - by dumping everything onto the floor. I wish he was still with us to do it again.

Nothing worse then a fridge full of stuff and magnets! I think it looks sloppy and unkempt but that is just me! Nice kitty for helping!

The cats sometimes have a better perspective than humans.   They like everything clean and tidy.

Fred, It's not even my cat!

Mike, The refrig makes a great bulletin board until you are marketing your house for sale.

Carlotta, "staging kitty"  - like that.

Michelle, If the cat made housecalls would that be the "staging kitty housecalls?"

Patricia, Thank you for that huge ORANGE thumbs UP!  Glad you enjoyed it. Happy Sunday to you too!

Marte,  The cat heard me talking about staging and decided to cooperate of course! I have another cat that is too lazy to stage, He just lays on top of any papers on the desk.

Colleen, Rosalie, Yvette, & Erica,   Yes, cleaning the refrrigerator makes the kitchen more show ready for buyers.  Buyers seem to like the clean and tidy look.

Pat's favorites sent me here.  I've heard of TAD dogs detecting termites inside of walls, but never cats staging a house.  Will this feline stager work for a saucer of milk?

I have 2 black and white kitties that won't leave magnets on the refrigerator either. If they can reach them they are gone.

Hi Beverly--I came over from Pat's favorites, too.  Why do cats have better decorating sense than humans?  Love the cat and the photos.

Lloyd,  I like Pat's choice of FAVORITES. This cat seemed to just be enjoying her work!

Barbara, what's better than one staging kitty,  - well that would be two staging kitties!

Dawn, Great idea, kitty servants - probably against the kitty union rules!

Hi Janet,  Glad you came over from Pat's favorites.  Cats do seem to have a sense of style.  I think they know they look look good lying on  freshly made bed.

Hi Beverly - Of all the decluttering I am able to get sellers to do, the hardest one to convince people about seems to be the stuff on the fridge.  For some reason, many people refuse to consider that to be clutter, but it does cause visual static that interferes with seeing how nice a kitchen is.

And I have long felt that some cats are much smarter than some people.

Cute photos Beverly!  I like the Staging Cat -- now that is one well-trained feline.  Does she have a staging designation, or was she just born with this talent?

Hi Susan,  Thanks for the nice comment.  It has to do with letting go, I t hink.  I must admit it is so tempting to stick something on the frig.  But one seems to call for another and another.

I'm with you, Cats are pretty smart to take over the softest spot in the house to sleep and we still feed em!

Maureen, This cat just has natural talent!  No staging designation required for cats!

Smart cat & tidy too.  Next post, let's teach him to paint the awful 'Barbie' pink bedroom the sellers thought was great.

Lyn,  I haven't seen a pink cat, so I bet the cat would think Barbie pink was awful, too.

Yes, a cat that paints, that would be something!
