Prepare Your Brooklyn Home For Fall And Winter

Clean your gutters and downspouts- clogged gutters can lead to damage roofs, siding and foundation damage

Service your furnace- Hire a techinican to insprect and service your furnace, change the filters

Seal cracks in exterior walls

Caulk around windows and doors to prevent cold air from coming into your home

Purchase extra plastic sheeting to cover basement windows

Turn off exterior pipes (faucets) and turn off the shut-off valve

Hire a roofer to inspect and make repairs to your roof

Tune up your snow blower- stock up on ice melt- find last years snow shovels
